HNFO stock a combination of slow and fast-moving goods often with limited quantities of commercial products. As such, an e-commerce website was not a viable option for the three outlet stores, instead, we needed to promote their flash sales and wide range of limited goods by creating and leveraging a social community to promote, expand their reach, increase brand awareness and most importantly engage with potential buyers in their local catchments.

The target demographic for this campaign was focused primarily around the geographic regions surrounding each of the 3 x store locations; Richmond, Dandenong, and Epping. Each store has their unique clientele, so split-testing was used to determine the best-performing audiences across each store location.
